Went with Direct to waterproof the exterior of my home after getting quotes. I chose them because Terry was the most thorough in explaining the work, process and my questions on the job. The crew was very efficient during the job and took care to leave the place like they had found it. They put boards and tarps down to keep my neighbour's driveway clean in the work on their side of the house. The crew also installed a sump pump and sewer line backflow valve. The final bill was right in line with the quote and the expectations set out. Would recommend.

Had Red Dog out to check my roof. First, the owner made it out to my place earlier than expected. He checked my roof and many of the repairs I feared I needed were not necessary. He could have told me anything. Overall, a great customer experience and I would highly recommend this company.

I used Emerald on two separate moves this summer into a house, one from my condo and the other from a storage unit. I found them to be the most professional movers I have used to date. Both moves were nearly seamless with excellent service. I used a less expensive mover once earlier in the year and suffered with poor service, unprepared movers, and hidden fees. Not the case with Emerald. I have recommended them to others.
