I write this letter to commend KP Waterproofing and Chris Pietrzyk to anyone in need of waterproofing/drain services. Due to a flood emergency, my wife and i learned much about this business in Toronto very quickly. To employ a pun, while most of the other contractors whom we contacted dug themselves into a hole-through exorbitant pricing, poor knowledge, lack of commitment or shoddy business practices, KP and Chris came out very much on top. Their pricing was very fair(almost 4 times lower than our highest estimate) and they did as extensive and as high quality a job as any of the other bidders. They are knowledgeable and professional about their work. The complete the job (a complete waterproofing/weeping tile) all around the house including an area inside the garage) on schedule and they did a good job cleaning up and putting back plants and shrubs. There were no hidden extras. They did not try to sell us anything we did not need and their workers were very pleasant and helpful. There is no question in our mind that we were fortunate to have called Chris. His company shines amongst the competition. Sincerely, Michael Silver
