Bought from Andrin new home construction and just moved in a few weeks ago. Read some negative reviews for this builder so was a bit nervous at first. Im giving Andrin top marks. Home construction is solid. Considering that its not a custom built home the workmanship is still very satisfactory. The brick work and inside finishes is A1. Customer service personnel were easy to communicate with. 90% of the repairs that had to be done when we moved in were taken care of within a weeks time. Just some tiles left to do. Builder was prompt and took care of the issues quickly. So I have no idea of the negative publicity this builder may have had in the past. Was a pleasant experience dealing with them and wouldn't hesitate to buy another home from them. Bill G.

Looks like your ordinary everyday garage installer at first! Their work is truely amazing The techniques they used like cutting the brick and sliding in the capping, wow never seen anything like it, super! Looks as though it was originally done by the builder. The crew did some capping around the house as well. 10 out of 10 on that too! I doubt theres anyone out there that can match this companies unique technique and quality, period!!!

Prompt, fast professional service. Warren and his staff removed several cedars, trimmed our trees. Everything was done neat and tidy. Very knowledgeable and a job done right... A1. Highly recommended.

Eaves where replaced by Condor! Workmanship was fine until after the second rain fall! Some of the joints where leaking, no problem! I called Sam at least 20 times to have it fixed! Always replied with promises! Then I asked for a partial refund! He verbelly agreed! I even went to his home residence to no avail... I'm completley exausted from the experience. I'd advise anyone to save themselves the grief and find a reputable company with a LONG track record.
