Kourosh from K Squared Design did an amazing job on our front retaining wall. This was tricky project with many level changes that other contractors would not touch, but Kourosh handled it professionally and the final product has received rave reviews from those who have seen it. Nearly 4 years later, and we have had no issues with shifting or cracking because of his attention to detail. We initially approached Kourosh after seeing his other work in the community and continue to reach out to him for other jobs. He was helpful and friendly during the entire process and I highly recommend his work. NOTE: the concrete walkway in the photos was not part of his job

From my first phone call, through my repeated visits to the immaculate showroom, right up to the in home estimate, the staff at Speers Flooring were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They helped me choose a beautiful hardwood product that meets the needs of a busy family with multiple pets. Dino was always prompt at returning my emails and answering any questions. But it was perhaps the installation process that made our experience so wonderful. The professionalism and commitment to a job well done meant that the installation couldn't happen as predicted since substantial levelling to the subfloor was required. That delayed the install by 5 days but thanks to the commitment of an amazing installer (Andre) who gave up his weekend to ensure the job was done before the holidays, we have the floors we dreamt of in time for Christmas. He was on time, polite, neat, attentive to details, and very careful to not let our pets escape. We couldn't have been happier with the entire process...not to mention the finished product! We will definitely be returning to Speers Flooring for future projects and referring them to friends.
