Maric was able to service our furnace the day we called him. He figured out the intermittent problem, which turned out to be a more complex issue than anticipated. Finding the fix required a process of elimination. The solution indicated the need for a part that was not on his truck, so Maric went and got it. Unfortunately, the new part was not the issue. Maric came up with a temporary solutions and was back the very next day with the required special order parts. Now, the problem was fixed within minutes. Even though it took substantially longer than anticipated, his quoted price did not change. We find him professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and honest; and very recommendable.
