After trying three other plumbers on Homestars with none returning my calls for a week, I gave Cascade Plumbing a shot, and I'm SO GLAD I did. They were fast, knowledgeable, very competitively priced, and most importantly, HONEST. Paul answered the phone and set up an appointment for the end of the next day, graciously accommodating my work hours. He showed up promptly with his very nice helper Sam, and got to work diagnosing my problem. He listened to my concerns about opening up the ceiling and instead went through the closet, which was harder for him but ultimately saved me having to do costly renovation work to our front hall. It took him no time at all to figure out what was wrong, and instead of upselling me to a costly job I didn't need, he told me honestly that I didn't need a plumber, I just needed to re-grout my tub. I was so grateful for his help, his skill, his consideration, and his honesty. I didn't need a costly job done this time, but Paul's behaviour and professionalism have guaranteed that I will call him to handle all our future plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. :)
