John installed a new 115V 15A circuit as well as a spare 20A circuit into my washing machine closet on the second floor of my townhouse; as well as to relocate a 240V dryer circuit. This included an ESA inspection. He had to drop a circuit behind a wall and down through the garage, so it was a bit tricky. The cost was a bit higher as I had to call him back to relocate the 240V after I figured out the location wouldn't work for my new combo unit. When I called him in I was in a jam since I had a delivery crew arrive to install the washer/dryer. He arrived within 1 hour of my calling him due to a lucky coincidence. Very responsive and a great electrical contractor.

Alec worked with me to deal with a tricky deck situation - minimal room and buried utilities. The job was the removal of an old on-grade wooden deck with sub-par foundations and a re-build to an walk out deck. He offered options to customize when asked and was very responsive. Him and his crew got the job done in a very timely fashion and it looks great!
