I had to move a piece of furniture across town and it was so easy because Van Delivery kept me in the loop, even sent me a calendar notice and let me know what was happening each step of the way. Very pleasant to deal with. I will use them again and tell my friends.

House and Condo Painters did an exceptional job. First up, they are more than painters and Daniel did an incredible job of reshaping and taking a really messed up, deconstructed basement and leaving it with smooth lines and style. It really went from a disaster to a lovely room. I can see someone sleeping comfortably there, which was unthinkable just a few days ago. I got great advice regarding colour and they let me keep the leftovers for touch ups. As things popped up “what do you think about removing that?” they worked with us. As I said, the result is stunning. I think its also worth noting that they started exactly when they said they would and worked on schedule. They were also very fairly priced and so easy to work with - everyone we interacted with, from our first conversation to the last, was great. I've almost never had an experience like it. Past estimates have been very high and kept us from being able to undertake this work. With House and Condo painters we got craftsmanship and affordability. They were all extremely pleasant, professional, responsible and tidy and I have already recommended them to friends.

walkout, coldroom foundation and remodeling
Dennis and his crew did a remarkable job, reworking our 30 yr old disastrous East York home extension. He created a solid, waterproof foundation around a pre-existing cold room, under the dining room on top. He really knows what he is doing and actually saved the dining room from collapsing, as raccoons had tunnelled under the old cement pillars that had no foundation below them. The excellent work has made it attractive and more functional than it ever has been. He created the walk out as well, re-orienting it so that we have more room in our backyard. He was a pleasure to work with, completely dependable and professional, as was everyone who he brought in to do work on the site. This is a company that goes the extra mile to get everything just right. Also extremely fair in his pricing.
