Frank was amazing! Great price (cheaper that other vendors), great quality and customer service is his #1 focus. He was accommodating for our time for install, he was very flexible with options and large shutters and the overall experience was amazing. Definitely recommend him and unique shutters to anyone!

We used Andy for two houses. Amazing work and decent price. However this time we tried to use him things were different. He was inflexible on building over sized shutters (which we found another company that did no problem), he didn't have basic stock of shutter wood frames, only 1 to choose from, and if you want the pull cord on the back of the shutters (hidden) its a 30% cost increase (which other companies don't charge for this option). We gave him our deposit and a few weeks later we decided to back out and he promised to refund the deposit. We tried contacting him daily but he barely or never responded to get the funds returned. We finally got our deposit back after a month of waiting with no responses. Not a fun experience. He doesn't seem to put customer service 1st. Not recommended.

Fred didn't have the best attention to detail. Some elements of the deck were poorly constructed. Never finished the project. The time it took to make a simple deck was about 5 months. This project could have been done in 1 month. He had a lot of appointments and couldn't make us a priority to show up for work. I even helped him with the job and he didn't give us much of a price break. He also promised additional features which he never did and never returned. At the end of the day I would advise nobody to go with Fred, very poor experience, however our deck did get completed and looks great.
