We recently moved to Port Hope and we needed a new sofa and a new washer and dryer. After becoming frustrated with the big box stores adding on large delivery and intalation fees. (Not to mention wait times!) We tried Joice Sweanor. We are so glad that we did. We purchased a well made sofa at good price and it was cheerfully delivered the next day at no additional cost. When we were ready to buy our washer and dryer we went back. We purchased a great set at a competative price. To our great surprise, delivery and instalation were included at no additional charge. They were willing to deliver and intall on the next business day. We actually had a problem with a manufacturers defect on the dryer. When I called in, there was no hassle and I was not put on hold. They had help on the way with in 2 hours and it was up and running with a new mother board (that they keep in stock, no waiting for parts!) with in 4 hours of my call. I have been struggling to find a reasonably priced landscaping solution to give my house more curb appeal for years. Jason from vertical landscaping came up with a wonderful design that incorporated many of my existing plants, combining them with new plantings in a really smart way. Jason and his team worked all day in terrible weather to get the job done on time for me. I couldn't be happier. I know Vertical Landscape Architects is primarily known for their green walls and roofs, but they also do a great job with general landscaping.

We are preparing our house for sale and we needed all new appliances. We have a tight budget and an even tighter timeline. So, it was a relief to find Canadian appliance source. We had great service from our Sales rep Daniel Torres. He helped us make smart decisions to really maximize our budget. He also ensured that we will get everything on time. We had to call back as we had made an error (our, not his) and needed to change out an appliance. Daniel took care of it right away with no hassle. The quality for the price is unbeatable. Mario and his crew did a great job for us. They were on time and on budget. Mario was very clear with us about what needed to be done and why. The price was better than average for the work (hand digging the entire perimiter (150 feet) parging, replacing weeping tiles etc.) They were very considerate, always doing their best to keep things neat and clean. They were careful with the nieghbour's property even when the space was very tight between the houses. They were also very tolerant of my curious kids.
