From proposal to final implementation, Herc du Soleil has been responsive, professional, informative and very easy to deal with. On the installation day, the crew arrived on time and worked really hard - especially given the temperatures were close to 30 degrees and probably more on the black roof. They were friendly, respectful and cleaned everything up around the worksite before leaving. Subsequent appointments to do electrical, get ESA approval and finally switch on the system after Toronto Hydro switched out the meter for a bi-directional one, were all efficient and easy. The system comprises 7 panels for a total of 3.185 kW, 3.8 kW inverter and power optimizers for each panel.

George Lyon, and his crew led by Oleg, were friendly and professional to deal with. Communication from the point of contact, through the estimation phase and then to schedule the work was very good, and they are true to their scheduled appointment times. Oleg and crew worked hard to complete the job, minimizing impact to my neighbours. They cleaned up everything and left my property and my next door neighbour's driveway clean of debris, nails, etc. I'm very satisfied with the work and would recommend them highly.

From the initial call to book, to the work being done, I found this company to be professional and responsive. I needed the work done quickly and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain that day and I got a call from Donna in the office during the time window to say the technician would come the following day due to the heavy rains. Jay arrived the next day on time and completed the work quickly and effectively. He was friendly and did a good job. I've had other work done by Pesticon before and I found them to be reliable and professional then too.

Jason and his team did an excellent and professional job of refurbishing a deteriorating front stone veranda and steps, along with some other masonry work including replacing the front window sill and some pointing around the house. Jason is extremely responsive from the time of the initial quote and follow-up questions to getting the work done. He and his crew showed up on time or early, and worked well together to get the job done in a timely fashion. I would hire the again when I need masonry work done in the future.

I had a leak near the manifold in the heating system (installed by another company 5-6 years ago. I was referred to Sam at Radiant Sole, and while repairs are not the main part of their business, Sam was super responsive and worked at getting a technician out to look at the system as soon as possible. He even suggested how I might attempt to tighten the joints to save money. In any case, I did need someone and Sam sent Peter, who was really friendly, fixed the issue, waited while we put the heating system on to be sure it was fixed, and even showed me how to do it myself if needed in future. How great is that!! They have high integrity, good customer facing skills and technically know their business. Thanks, Sam & Peter.

Stefan was very responsive from the first contact through Homestars. He was on time for the quote and kept me updated on the progress of the order and the work. The installation of the new railings was done very efficiently and they look great! Stefan even took care of a few things for my neighbour the day of the installation ... they were really pleased.

I had two single garage doors replaced several months ago and needed to get the surrounding framework capped with aluminum. I found Century through Homestars and it has been a very positive experience, from getting a rapid response from Gary Pulaj on my initial note to having the work completed. Gary communicates really well, provided the estimate quickly and notified me when the crew was coming, let me know when they'd finish up and then followed up to find out whether I was satisfied before sending the final invoice. The work was done really well, the crew was friendly and efficient and completely cleaned up the area before leaving. I'd certainly recommend this company.

The interaction from point of contact was very positive, and the appointment was set up very quickly, (within 24 hours). Bashir told me everything he had to do as he worked on putting in the one-way door. There was a baby too, and he had to cut through the floor of the shed to get it out to prevent the mother from coming looking for it and likely damaging the shed in the process of finding her baby. He was very efficient, very nice to work with and was kind enough to help empty the shed and then put the contents back before he left.

From the initial contact to the completion of the work, Tony and Crystal Devlin are responsive, friendly yet professional. I was able to make an appointment for the quote immediately, and I received the written quote immediately (same day). Once the work was scheduled, there were emails to confirm the date. The crew was also very easy to work with - respectful and friendly. The work was done well, and they cleaned up afterwards.

After getting water in my basement for a few years, and wanting to reclaim the space for living and storage, I did a search for a contractor and am very happy to have selected The City Wide Group to do this work. Not only did Jacob, his Dad and the other crew members do an excellent job of underpinning, waterproofing and putting down the finishing concrete, but they were courteous and respectful of my place inside and outside. Even my neighbours who watched the progress during the day mentioned how great the team was in terms of friendliness, and overall tidiness. And the contractor who is now finishing the space made very positive comments on the work that was done by City Wide. I would recommend Harry Cavan and Jacob and his team any time.
