Extremely professional. First initial phone call was very good, answered all questions about how they check our roof and home for raccoon entrances. Called a bunch of different places, and they did not answer as thoroughly or in as professional a manner. Came in for a free assessment, but was no obligation, was not pressured into signing up for the service. Explained the situation clearly. When I called back a week later to book someone to close up the roof, Derick was quick and sealed up the hole quickly. Raccoons were gone within a week. Great service from beginning until end!
