On his first assignment, Mike did excellent work on the plumbing below my kitchen sink! (He did a very efficient, neat and orderly replacement of all the plumbing in the kitchen). The second assignment was to replace a water valve to the dishwasher that had failed. Again, excellent work. Efficient, neat and orderly! I am also arranging for Mike to replace our bathroom toilet. Obviously, I keep recommending him...to myself...and to others too!

Mario was very prompt, and very helpful, in dealing with our failing gas furnace (an old Goodman). He recommended a reliable, mid-priced Carrier for our 650 sq. ft. unit (in a low rise hard-loft conversion). The installers were very good and they had to work hard in a very tight alcove/space just above the washroom! They also installed a new Honeywell thermostat. Everything is now functioning really well (and with far less noise). So my wife and I were really pleased with the entire job, from beginning to end!

My fridge (the freezer portion) was making a pretty loud and unusual noise. When I researched it on YouTube (because I thought maybe I can DYI), it became apparent that the problem could be one of several things and likely required parts. So I called Joe. He was quick to get back to me and very methodical (in narrowing in on the problem) over the phone and then setting up time. When he came, he identified the problem directly (the fan motor) and he had the required part (for a 15-year-old GE appliance) and was able to dealt with it swiftly. His pricing was reasonable...and he had a great personality...So I would definitely recommend him! (In my own case, I will certainly look to Joe with any future appliance problems!

I had a serious problem with the washing machine in our condo because it was giving rise to leaks under the kitchen sink where the water lines were. I thought the cause of the problem was simply output hose from the washing machine. However, Mike saw immediately that ALL of the plumbing under the kitchen sink had been done poorly (...and I had already spent money on other plumbers in the past to try and fix this area!...) So he proposed replacing all of the pipes under the sink (and installing a clean-out) in order to address ALL of the poor routing, poor levelling, poor seals and poor access. He indicated that the problem was really that water simply could not drain properly at all here and this would be a permanent solution. It was a bigger job than I anticipated, of course, but he fixed EVERYTHING in under three hours and it proved to be a flawless and a very "neat" piece of work. There is now MUCH more room under the sink, both for access and storage. On his way out, Mike had a quick look at the adjoining bathroom and concluded there was no evidence of any immediate difficulties with the sink, the shower or the toilet (though he pointed out that the toilet was REALLY old and should be replaced with a better appliance, as soon as we get a chance)...So, excellent advice and excellent workmanship, all round! HIGHLY recommended!

We had a serious problem with squirrels living in our flat roof. A previous company (to whom we paid roughly the same amount) could not identify the source of entry. We hired this company a year later and, although they ran into the same difficulty, Nick followed up, diligently, and finally resolved it. This company is very conscientious about dealing with their customers' problems...and worth every cent they are paid!...

I noticed that this provider doesn't have a lot of reviews and they really helped me out last year doing a repair job. The company was fast and efficient at setting up the appointment, the serviceman was right on time and he dealt with the main problem quickly (a blocked drain pipe) and then proceeded to clean the unit (in addition to checking it over). The handling of the entire job was excellent, and it was very reasonably priced!

Splash Painting did a fantastic job in painting our entire house for staging/showing. Eric was responsive, reliable, fast and clean. In addition, he put us entirely at our ease with his good humour, his long experience and his precise ability to deal with any of the "rough patches" along the way. We simply cannot recommend Eric (and his workers) highly enough! We will certainly look to Splash Painting in the future. In the meantime, we will be recommend him to everyone we can!
