The initial consultation was very easy with Herc taking all the required measurements and discussing our needs. The quote came in with the suggested drawings in a timely manner. We were able to make modifications by exchanging suggestions via email and he sent a final drawing for the closet designs that we approved. On installation day, he showed up and installed the closets quickly and with minimal disruption to us. We were very pleased with the results that I hired him to design my parents closet to surprise them while they were out of town. We would highly recommend their service to everyone!
