Out of all the new products and assets I put into my complete condo renovation, the biggest impact is made by the floor. The sales staff, Larry and Maureen were very helpful and professional and they actually made shopping for a floor a pleasant experience. The installation was not without some hiccups due to the uneven concrete floors but Larry made sure that all the challenges were rectified to my satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. Reiner helped me to breathe new life into an older condo with exceptional bones. The result: a custom, classic urban loft with charm to spare! When I started the process, I couldn't even get a contractor to call me back to give a quote and I tried many on homestars. It seems many contractors don't like working on condos.
