After visiting a few larger stores and hearing about Diverse from a friend we decided we were more comfortable dealing with a local family run business and a more personal touch. We had new flooring installed throughout entrance, powder room, kitchen & family room. This product recommended by Shawn looks fantastic and really does look like real hardwood. Hats off to installer Tibby whose work ethic and attention to detail was second to none. He really cared about doing a perfect job. Only reason not given a 10 is that I did not get a reply to a phone message I left with a question prior to installation which I feel is important to point out. However, the installer was able to answer the question when he came to deliver the flooring so all in all it turned out to be a positive experience and we will use Diverse again for a future project.

Nothing pleases us more then having a client that is satisfied with the material selected, and the service from both the store and the installation team. My apologies for you not getting a response to your message left with the store.
