We hired Brad and Coast Mountain Roof after yet another leak in our Chimney (3rd time) - I was extremely impressed with Brad responsiveness and the crew that came to the house. Brad's crew, was polite, removed their shoes and explained the issue clearly. They we're able to patch the problem immediately and subsequently permanently fix it! I will use Brad and Coast Mountain Roof again.
