Richard Jr. came to service our fireplace one night after normal business hours. After my husband told him what the issue was he got to work. We need to replace two small parts. When that was done he went to start it and it did not start. He took a valve (I think) out and it had a spider web in it. Once he cleaned it our the fireplace worked great. He was very honest about what was wrong and gave us the best option to fix the fireplace. I appreciate his honesty and that he did not just say it is old and should be replaced. If that had been the only option we would look at replacing it but it is not a good time given the economy. Also, the gentleman who answers the phone at the shop is always very friendly. We have used this company twice now for repairs and have had no issues.

We hired Avenue Road Masonry as our two chimneys were deteriorating. The crew came when they were supposed to and took down both chimneys that were no longer in use in one day. Then Avenue Road Roofing came in to close the roof up. The service & communication from both sides of the company were great.

This is a very professional company. They responded quickly to my service request and were able to come out the same day to take care of our wasp problem. I was told that they would be there at 5pm and at exactly 5pm the service tech was there. He explained what he would be doing and then got to work spraying the inground wasp nest. As he was leaving he told me that if there is still any wasps there in a week to call him and he will come back. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any other pest problems.

I highly recommend this company. When I first contacted Exclusive Windows & Doors, Debra was very helpful and educating me on a few things to ask when getting quotes for my doors. When Steve arrived to do the quote, he was very professional and explained all my options and made a few recommendations for the doors. Again, while he was there he was educating me about doors as I have never replaced doors before. The pricing is very competitive and you receive a written quote for the doors. The quote is valid for 30 days, so you have time to decide and do not feel pressured to book the day of the quote. Next the installation of the new doors. My husband was home for the install and said Steve and Graham were efficient in replacing the doors and cleaning up after themselves in the work areas. Steve & Graham went above and beyond. There was an old door bell in the frame of the old door and in the brick next to the door. Steve said it was too bad that there were no bricks that matched to fix the gap. My husband said there a couple in garage and Steve & Graham fixed the bit of brick work. Thank you!!! that I am very happy with this company from start to finish. We still need to do a couple of other doors and will be contacting Exclusive Windows & Doors in January to order them.

We had been debating hiring a cleaning service for awhile now. I called Hire A Maid as I used them years ago at my old house. A friend of mine uses them based on my recommendation from the old place. I called them to come to do a deep clean as they house had gotten away from me. Kallie & Emmalee did an amazing job on a very dirty house. I was working when they were there and my husband interacted with them. He said both women were great and worked their butts off to clean the house. Thank you Kallie & Emmalee. I will be calling the company today to book a regular cleaning going forward. It was nice to come home to a clean house. I highly recommend this company.

Zac and Sergio arrived right on time and looked at what need to be done and got to work. Before starting Zac went over the cost of the job and told me that an electrical permit would be pulled for me and the cost of that. They started the work and got the pool heater electrical working. The work area was left clean and tidy. We have used Captain Electric many times and they are very professional, on time and conscientious. Permits are always filed and it makes me very comfortable. If an electrician will not pull a permit run away. See you again soon.

We were looking for a ductless mini split A/C unit for part of our house. We have been using this company for over 20 years and called them to get a quote. Cameron came to the house and looked at the are and gave us a quote. We decided to with Lincam as we know their work and they put our boiler in a few years ago. The installers were there 10 hours and finished the job. Marcus, explained how the system worked before leaving. We are happy with the installation and service. It is nice to have A/C in that part of the house now.

I was looking to replace the eavestrough on my garage. I received a couple of quotes and chose Miro and Infinity Gutter as he was very professional and provided a written quote. On the day Miro was to replace the eavestrough he arrived on time and started working. He explained what he was doing and that adding a bit of an angle would provide better flow for the water. After he was finished the work was left spotless and he removed the old gutters. I will use Infinity Gutter again and recommend the company to others.

Fresh Glance is excellent. First of all they were on time. Both Jimmy and Joanne are friendly and explain all the work that will be done. I hired Fresh Glance to clean out my gutters and clean the exterior windows. Jimmy asked if I would like my gutters power washed on the outside. He sent a picture to show me what would be done, a before and after shot. I said yes right away as I needed this done as well, but had not thought about it. They started with the gutters, then the power washing and finally the windows. What a huge difference the gutter power washing made, the house looks awesome and much brighter. The work is excellent. I highly recommend Fresh Glance they prices are in line with other window washers, but the personal service is amazing.

I needed a dead birch removed from my property. I contacted Skylark Tree Care to come and give a quote on the work required. Gaelan came over and looked at what we needed to have done. While he was there my husband had him look at a couple of other things we thought we should do (trim another tree and clean up a bush that had been removed. He was also, able to tell us what one of the bushes was called, as I want to replace it, we had to cut it down for some utility work. Gaelan was professional, on time and was able to provide a quote right on the spot. We said we would go ahead with work. I received a call that afternoon, to book the appointment. The work was completed a few days later. I looked at everything that was done and of course the tree was removed, the other tree was trimmed and the bush was removed, but other than that , the yard was all cleaned up from the work. I also like the payment system used as it is easy to pay the deposit and the final bill as the work was done while we were at work. I will be recommending this company to others who need tree work.

I called Captain Electric as we were moving our pool equipment and needed wiring done for the pump. They were able to come out the next day to review the job and they knew we needed done soon as the concrete was going to be poured the next week. We agreed to the job and Brian, the manager was able to schedule us for the Monday. At 8 am Zac, Nathan and Keith came to the house to started the job. It was a large project as they had to disconnect the old equipment and wire for the new. This meant running a line through the crawl space. The finished job was neat and tidy. All the cables were clipped properly to the fence and all the metal around the pool was bonded for safety. The 1st ESA inspector reviewed the work and passed it. After the concrete deck was poured, Ryan came to hook up the pump for us. The 2nd ESA inspector came and did the final inspection and passed all the work. He said that the cabling that was used was very good and he wished everyone would use it. This job took 3 guys 10 hours to complete. All work areas were left neat and clean. While they were there I asked Zac if he could wire my new dishwasher as the old one plugged in and new one was hard wired. He completed this for me at the end of a long day. It was greatly appreciated. I also want to compliment the office staff, Diane, Todia and another person (sorry I can't remember her name) who I dealt with. They were friendly and always able to help or have someone call me back with the answer. This company is professional from top to bottom. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We had Captain Electric come in to wire our Pool Heater and rewire a light. Turns out the pool heater did not need to wired. Sorry Dan. He did rewire the light and installed a surege protector on one of our electrical panels. He also said he would get back to us about a different surger protector for one of our other panels. Dan was very professional from start to finish. He noticed that while installing the surger protect the panel was recently updated but not the ground for the house. He suggested we move the meter outside and update the ground. This became the standard in the '80s. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend this company to others.

We initially met with D.A. who was kind enough to come to our house on three occasions even responding to a cell phone call on a Saturday evening well before we had signed a contract. We were then contacted by B.A. from your head office who fully informed us of what would take place at our house over the next few days. We continued to hear from her throughout the course of the project and because of her we were never exposed to any surprises along the way. Finally we have to comment on your crew. They worked quickly and professionally and whenever a challenge arose for them they were quick to point it out to us. On one occasion late in the day an area was discovered on our roof that had significant rot. Before we could get inside to receive the detailed message that B.A. had left for us about the issue your crew was explaining what they had found and assuring us that the carpenter was on the way. J.C. soon arrived having been unexpectedly pulled off a job in Aurora. He immediately started the job and continued to work until 8:30 in the evening until the job was completed. You should be very proud of your people Mr. P. (President) They are a tribute to your organization. I found Lepard Tree Care on Homestars.ca. Based on the reviews I read I gave them a call. From the first call to completing the job the service was outstanding. Todd returned my call the same day and came by to quote for me when he said he would. When he came to take down the tree he was careful of the surrounding area. He took down the one tree and then pruned the deadwood off another. As he was pruning the tree is was moving around a lot and he calmly finished his work and repelled down to the ground. He is brave!!! All the wood and debris was cleared up and removed. I would highly recommend this company for its professionalism, quality of work and price. Great work guys!!! My dryer had recently begun to take over 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. I called a few different companies to find someone to clean the dryer vent as it runs a long distance. When i spoke to Ontario Duct Cleaning they were very helpful and reasonably priced. The appointment was scheduled for 8am Saturday morning. The gentleman was at the house at 7:55 am. He did a great job and explained the process as he was working. The job was completed by 8.35am. He said the vent was very plugged up and could have caused a dryer fire. Thanks to Ontario Duct Cleaning my dryer is working great again. Also, I love companies that can do a weekend appointment as I am at work during the week. I highly recommend this company.
