They replied to myenquiry quickly and were polite and courteous and came out right away! They were diligent and walked me through the entire process. They were extremely thorough and I felt very confident in their work. I hope I never have pest issues again (lol), but if I do - I will only call them! Thanks Taha!!

If I could give 5+ stars I would! Mike was completely amazing!! He replied to my email right away and came out within days to review the work and gave me his price (which included everything) right there on the spot AND he completed the work within two days of giving me his price! My stairs look AWESOME! The quality of his work and his products are spectacular. I could see from his workmanship that he truly cares about his work and his customers. After a lovely basement bathroom flooding and having to completely gut my entire 400sq. ft basement, the difficult part was the floor. It was uneven and badly damaged. I found JBG via Homestars and read their reviews and spoke with Loreto within two days. He was extremely kind and patient with all of my questions and was able to complete the first job of floor leveling within a few weeks (perfect for my time frame!) The gentlemen that came to actually complete the work were extremely pleasant and hard working. They kept me involved throughout their day. There was a small issue with a little step from main area to back room, but when I called Loreto to discuss, his guys were there that same day to fix it - wonderful! Next job was our very small bathroom. I wish I had before pictures but we gutted it within one month of the flood - but it was horrible and gross! Loreto sent me Karel who is my angel without wings. The work he did was spectacular (and tedious!) Again, he used his experience and professional opinion to recommend solutions to certain issues and I could not be more happy with the result. My small and teeny tiny washroom looks like something out of a magazine! I can't wait until the fixtures and amenities go it! Loreto and team - thank you!!!! Your service and pricing were fantastic! The two young gentlemen were very polite! They did a great job cleaning our eaves and they walked me through the process. The price was paid as discussed (no hidden costs!). I would recommend to anyone and we will be using them over and over.

David Snooks at Under The Rooftop was an amazing referral (referred by our Agent Alena Gedeonova). He inspected our home with care and precision and kept us involved every step of the way. He was so patient with us and explained everything "under the roof" to us! His report was very thorough and easy to read (and we still refer to it while discussing our home improvements). I also contact him from time to time regarding our home improvements and he is always readily available. He also has great referrals for your home improvement needs!! I have already referred him to our friends and family and if/when we buy another home, he will be our inspector!

Buying a 92-year old home comes with its issues and trying to find the right people to trust to do the right job is a whole other story. We were lucky enough to have a reliable contractor (Reliable Handyman) that works with the one and only Lotza Electrical Services! Vince started work on the house right away – and it wasn’t easy! There was a lot of amateur electrical work done and he fixed it all. He installed 19 pot lots, under cabinet lighting, motion sensors outside our home, and many other electrical work as well. He provided his professional (and personal) opinion when asked and he knows his stuff! He worked long and hard hours and was always available to talk about any electrical question that I had – and I had A LOT! I have referred him to my family and friends because is the best person to get the job done right and on time! We have more work to do around the rest of the house, and Vince and his team will be our go-to electricians. Thanks Vince!

Renovating an old home is never an easy task...it is expensive and stressful and you never know what to expect when the walls come down and the floors come up. We know that the plumbing was great in our home and we knew we had to fix it, we just didn’t think it would happen within the first 30 days of moving in. I had no idea who to call - who to trust? Contractors throw numbers at you and you have no idea if they are telling you the truth about what needs to be done. Word of mouth is the best referral and working in the customer service industry, it is how I find who I need for what I need. Our awesome home inspector (David Snooks/Under the Rooftop) gave me the name of Jim from Waterman and it was the best and easiest call I have ever had to make. He picked up right away, listened to my horror story and came out on January 2nd, 2015 (I called him New Year's Eve!). He was extremely polite and courteous and started to investigate right away. He explained everything that he suspected was wrong and gave me two scenarios (easy fix vs. the complete fix). He sent his team out on the following Monday. Steve was another blessing. He and his team looked at everything with the camera and explained everything to me that made it easy to understand - and never in a condescending manner. He gave me the work invoice and fee right away and they stuck to it for two weeks straight. His plumbers (Alexei and Nicolai) were incredible! They didn’t stop all day! They always explained the work that they did at the end of the day and answered all of my questions. Steve also returned my calls or text messages right away and they never left me in the dark. They replaced the lead pipe and the clay pipes and whatever else they felt needed to be done. I am still in awe at the intense work that they did and I cannot say/write enough GREAT things about WATERMAN. They are my Knights in plumbing armour!! If you don’t call WATERMAN, then you will not be getting platinum work done. My father is a plumber (50+ years strong) but this work was too much for him but being Italian, he had to make sure everything was good - and he was impressed!!!! :) THANK YOU Jim and Steve and Alexei and Nicolai!! You are in my speed dial for any other plumbing needs that we or my friends and family may (will) have! :)
