My experience was for a replacement of a side cabinet unit for which the cost was covered by our builder warranty as the builder damaged it during construction. The premo repair person did an excellent job. He was personable, efficient, careful, and did a great job with the replacement. He called ahead to confirm the appointment, was on time, and completed the work with care. I believe his first name was Gary and I would recommend the company based on my experience with him.
