to put in new furnace they said I had to have new hot water heater ... charge twice as much as Direct Energy (they did this to senile man in Hyde Park) Did not have coring drill ... only small bits which broke wanted to take down ceiling etc. etc. etc. Am told they use the $ from hot water rentals as a holding company. CLOSE CALL. AtlasCare has put in new furnace .... no problems.
