An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Mosaic delivered to me the Unit way ahead of the original completion date so I saved some money for storing our goods, and started enjoying the place early. There are at least three things that I like in our Mosaic Home. The vaulted ceiling, the glass windows where we enjoy the mountain view on the Northwest side, and lighting fixtures of the unit. For the past two Sundays my wife and I invited our family and friends for our home dedication. They like the place and the unit and everything in it. We recommended to them to live here as well so they can feel the same way as we do in our new home. The quality of construction meets our expectation. As a matter of fact we haven't seen any issue during the orientation. During moving in we accidentally scratched the main door; Mosaic placed a green sticker on it meaning they will restore it. Good service.
