I called Elite Appliance and got an appointment in just two days. The technician came, discovered the problem and fixed it on the spot! Over the many years that I have had Thermadore appliances, I have had to make many service calls and I can honestly say that not once did I receive this type of knowledgable service from any other company. I am now a client for life...though I hope not to need them too often ;)

A very large job, people showed up on time and came back until the work was completed to satisfaction. Kyle was very understanding when we had challenges and always remained communicative. I would recommend Sharrison for others and I would use them again.

I called 3 weeks ago for 3 problems with my refrigerator: No longer cools, ice maker does not work & door has difficulty closing. Service man comes and only looks at the door and leaves. Three weeks and daily phone calls to have them come back to look at the major issue which is that the fridge no longer is cold, and they still have not come. Today was the last straw, I stayed home for the 4 hour window they said they would come and they did not come. When I called, they first tried to say they did not know what I was talking about then when I realized it was the lady whom I had spoke to the night before and booked the appointment with, she apologized and said someone can come tomorrow. NO THANK YOU!
