I was impressed by the service rendered by Daniel and his team. They have done it professionally from estimate, quotation and actual installation. The team did it systematically, obviously well experienced with the way they work and their equipment. They also implemented a clean as you go teamwork. Daniel and his team are also friendly. Work Order 307434 Customer Service system (notification and scheduling) is great . The technician (Ace) is professional, prompt and honest. He also gave advice for some potential problem that might occur in the future. Overall is great, it is just hard to get an earlier schedule probably due to long lineup of customers)

We brought our cross stitch artwork to be framed and we are given all the options that we want from the basic to additional features. The staff was very friendly and the quality of their service is very professional. Highly recommended.

We bought two bed frames with storage. During the delivery, the other one was not fit to go inside our basement room. We have returned and talked to associate staff. They made special configuration of a bed frame into three smaller pieces and delivered after four days. The delivery crews are friendly. The price is reasonable and recommended for a standard quality furniture.

Generally there are usually helpful and knowledgeable staff in this store. Recently, I needed advice to find a specific product but it was very hard to find any staff during my most recent visits. On the other note, the self service checkout is great and very helpful.
