Called Northwood Roofing about a small leak in the shake roof over a garage area. I was given a quote over the phone for investigating the leak, and a technician came out that same day (as rain was expected the following day). He arrived in timely fashion and replaced a couple of shakes and added shims where necessary. A leak test revealed the source, and the problem was soon resolved. The invoice reflected the original quote plus parts and taxes.
