Carshacks is not a reputable company. Please do not hire them to do your work. We were promised a garage before winter, with a completion date of November 2014 (verbal completion date given). It is now Feb 2015 and our work is still not completed. We paid our deposit in the summer and work only began in October. We ended up terminating the contract and we were lucky we only paid the deposit. Time and time again the company stalled and told me false statements about their progress and commitments. Communication was hard to establish and work would start and stop at irregular times. Nothing would get done for large periods of time unless I called and complained. This company will make a lot of promises but will not deliver on them. Management is irresponsible and does not step up to offer any accountability. There is a definite trend in the comments on this site so please take our experiences as a warning and do not give this company your business.
