This is the worst company for customer service. My washer starting to not spin out water and on Jan. 16/15 I called customer service. They would not send somebody out to look at my machine unless it wasn't working completely. So much for the extended warranty I purchased. Long story short, a month later and several angry calls later, I get a repair man - who doesn't want to look at my machine because in his words "it's getting water in it, so it works". I had to prove to him it was an on and off thing with this machine. Finally had to make him inspect the machine only to find the circuit board broken in half and needed a complete new basket assembly. Warranty company tells me too expensive to fix - get a store credit, go to store and pick out a new machine. Been calling customer service for 4 days now to find out when this will arrive - no answer from them. Terrible customer service. Purchased a dryer a few years back - had to go to Hamilton and pick it up myself, purchased a new gas stove - they sent the wrong model and after 6 phone calls I gave up trying to get the one I originally wanted. Still looking at the wrong stove. This is strike 3 - after I get my replacement washer - Goeman's will never see another penny of my money again. I intend to contact the supervisor in customer service and tell the what a lousy job their department does. Stay away from this company!
