At first the logistics manager was delightful and reassuring on the phone. The team showed up to move our home on time and were lovely. However an hour into the move 1 of our 2 movers was sent home as he had a broken foot, (he showed up to the move with said broken foot). The move then took double the amount of time as we were left with only 1 mover for several hours. The next week we noticed that our metal/glass dining table was considerably scratched. I contacted the logistics manager and she stated, "no worries, send photos, we will make it right". Since that last email, she has not replied to any of my emails or phone calls. She has completed ignored my requests on how we will, "make it right", for her team severely damaging our furniture. The damage came when the exhausted mover did not cover the table and instead placed it in the truck where it was damaged. For their complete lack of respect and unprofessional behaviour I would NEVER recommend this company.
