Five years ago we had Bill Fairney come in and rescue us after a disastrous encounter with a bad contractor who has been convicted of 5 charges through Ministry of Consumer Services and has been assessed $36,000.00 in damages. Our insurance company covered 2/3 of the costs and Bill and his team did such a fine job in completing the paid for unfinished work, we had his team return to re-shingle the roof and repair some water damage in the ceiling that was not part of our original claim. He is personable, thorough and civic minded, and we recommend him to our neighbors and friends!
