We were recently looking into renovating our home when we came across GR Diversified Limited. Their response was quick and within a couple of days, Andres came over to assess the work to be done and even made some suggestions on how to get the best value from our planned renovation. Andres did a great job and was flexible the few times we made changes or added minor details to the scope. He always strived to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. The scope of work included interior painting of the house (included changing the oak doors and trim to white), replacing floor laminate tiles, some repair in the kitchen and some drywall repairs. Overall, we were very happy with the outcome and we found Andress pricing very fair and job was completed within the contract sum agreed upon. We highly recommend GR Diversified Limited

Bruce fixed my dishwasher that had a ruptured drain hose. He was very knowledgeable and came with the correct spare part based on my description on the phone. He went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied with the service. I highly recommend.

Chris came to do the assessment and provided a very competitive quote. We hired Elite Trade painting to paint our house exterior stucco, fascia and trims. Communication with Chris prior to the job being done was excellent. The crew showed up on time and were very professional with the job and were very responsive to minor requests for touch up as the job progressed. We were very happy with the outcome and our neighbors also liked the final product.

I had a back up in my kitchen sink the came from the sewage line. Gentlemen Plumbers were very responsive to my service request. Scott arrived barely 2 hours after the initial service call. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure to explain the problem to me and the various options towards resolution. There was no up sell and he worked hard to give me a cost effective solution. I am very happy with the service and will use Gentlemen Plumbers services again.

Bill was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job servicing my fireplace which was in dire need of servicing. Not only did he do an excellent job, he provided me with very useful and practical maintenance tips to get the best out of my fireplace. Also painted the inside of the fireplace for rust protection.
