Through a reference, I called Mohammad regarding a load bearing wall removal for my small bungalow in Mississauga. He was kind enough to speak to me on the phone - I told him the other quotes I was getting and he told me it shouldn't be that high - he was significantly less! He came over in a week+ and did his thing. He even did a floor plan drawing for me and had a couple of calls with my contractor. submitted everything to the city, addressed any questions and in 4 weeks I had my permit! My contractor was so impressed with the ease and cost that he plans to use Mohammad going forward. Look no further!

I had no hot water and noticed an error code on the tank's thermostat. Fardeen from AirPrime got the part and came over to fix the problem quickly. He took his time to explain the issue and what he was going to do. I found him to be trustworthy because he did not try to up-sell me with getting other work done when he could have. He also noticed another issue and cleaned a part on the burner assembly for me to ensure it would not give me any problems. The price was great and well-below what I have paid in the past.
