Overall dave is very knowledgeable, creative and his quality of work is exceptional. Dave was hired to tackle a number of different home repairs that included: the repair and painting of window frames, ensuring bedroom doors close properly, replacement of exterior electrical outlet, installation of a front porch handrail, toilet removal and instalation of a new one, removal and clean-up of large wall mirrors and drywall, and finally some creative landscaping with patio stones and beach pebbles. I am very pleased and happy with everything! This is my second time hiring Dave and I definitely will call him again for the next jobs...... Thanks again Dave for all your exceptional work.

Dave fixed an upstairs tub drain that was leaking into our living room ceiling. He efficiently assessed and solved the plumbing issue but then finished the job by patching the ceiling so it wasn't noticeable. Since he did such a great job we had him back to replace a sink faucet, add water shut off valves to a sink faucet, and fix a bi fold door. He was always very reliable and arrived when promised. We have been very happy with both the quality of his work and his pricing.
