When we first walked into Casa Bella Windows, we were very impressed by the friendly service we received. (Much different from the service or lack thereof from a large competitor!) Eric was very honest and knowledgeable of every product and helped us choose exactly what we needed. We had 15 windows completely replaced in our home along with front door/side lite, side garage entrance door and sliding patio door. There were no surprises with the final bill and work was completed as scheduled. Eric communicated with us throughout the project and Simon and his team were excellent! Very professional, hard working and able to answer any questions we had along the way. We are very happy with the installation and quality of our new windows and we highly recommend Casa Bella Windows to anyone who is considering new windows and doors!

We received a very reasonable quote online from IN2Blue Window Cleaning Co. yesterday and Julian and his coworker arrived today right after we agreed to their service! My husband said they did a fantastic job cleaning our eavestroughs and they are now immaculate! All debris was removed by hand, eavestroughs flushed out and loose nails hammered back into place. Very honest, pleasant and hard working and we highly recommend them. Customer service was also very efficient and helpful. Thanks for a job well done! We will definitely be using your company again.

The technician arrived promptly after calling us and she diagnosed and fixed our water heater sensor problem quickly. Thanks for the weekend service! We now have hot water for showers tomorrow morning! Great service with Reliance. Highly recommended!

First off, I would like to say that Lenni and Jodie have provided us with excellent pool service for the past 3 years. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful and honest and they get the job done when they say they will. As relatively new pool owners, we've had the misfortune of dealing with a dishonest and far less efficient pool company prior to finding Premier Pool Group on....HomeStars of all places! So I have to send out a big "Thank you!" to HomeStars as well for providing such a great service for consumers. Lenni & Jodie have saved us a lot of money with their knowledge and expertise. They only deal with suppliers that have quality equipment and products. This was very helpful when our poor quality pool heater (purchased from the first pool company we used) died after 2 years of use. Lenni installed a far superior brand which was reasonably priced and we've had hassle-free operation ever since. Aside from the heater install and many efficient pool openings and closings, we also had a new pool liner installed at the beginning of last summer (2014). Premier Pool Group had a great selection of liners to choose from and we were so happy that the job was done (as promised) before our daughter's birthday/pool party at the end of May. They really went out of their way to make sure the project was completed on time and the liner was installed perfectly to meet their high standards of quality workmanship. For that we thank them very much and....our pool looks great! Overall, I have to say if you're looking for a quality pool company that provides excellent service from experienced professionals at reasonable prices then you should look no further than Premier Pool Group. We wish we had found them the first time we needed a pool company!
