Matthew came over on short notice to help perform a duct cleaning service after a renovation. He was quick, clean and courteous. He took videos and photos of before and after photos and even gave tips to keeping the furnace running efficiently. Highly recommend!

I had used Home Stars for all my other projects around the house and decided after 6 different quotes to choose Phil Anthony Paving back in August 2019. As you can imagine, most paving companies that weren't already booked solid for the year would raise some questions and seeing the solid reviews on Home Stars, we decided to wait until May 2020 and be the first on the list for Phil and his crew. They did not disappoint. Not only did they make recommendations on excavation and paving that the others didn't, they were still highly competitive in comparison with it being incorporated. When Phil came back to check out the job one last time in the New Year, I had asked about quoting on concrete pad and fencing installation, both of which he was able to have someone come and complete - and matched the others quotes! No need to go to anyone else. Here's a one stop shop and they truly care about the job being nearly completely family run, you can tell they care about the name on the truck and their reputation. Alliance Aluminum’s crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughout the process Gabe would work directly with us and check in to make sure we were happy with the progress. Manuel and Joseph kept the area spotless day to day especially with the removal of existing materials. Any requests we had made were met with a ‘no problem’ and any issue was well communicated. We had asked for gutter guards to be put in and agreed on the price, and was completed same day. Following the completion of the job, there were a few minor items that we had asked to be adjusted and Gabe came by next day to resolve them all. We couldn’t have been happier with the work completed. Overall, they weren’t the cheapest price, but based on the reviews and our own experience, have no regrets. The quality of not only the material, but the team and project management was excellent. Thank you all!

After paying rental fees on a water heater tank for over three years, I figured it was time to move to tankless without the ongoing payments using the energy star rebate. Taras and his partner were incredibly responsive and quick to remove the tank, drop it off, and install the new tankless water heater once agreed on price. They were very clean, and after the installation, wouldn't have been able to tell they had even been on the job. I would recommend RTL to anyone looking to have their water heater installed, maintained, or removed. Thanks again!

Ali was extremely transparent all the way through on pricing and time that it would take. Once agreed, he had noticed that the fireplace had lacked any maintenance since installation and proceeded to make it look like it was brand new all over again. He took extra care, sanded down, repainted, replaced the bottom with glass/embers, shutter, cleaned the glass and of course the blower runs silently. I couldn’t be happier with the job. These guys are incredible and I highly recommend them if you want your job done right and on time. I received quotes for a walkway interlock and planter bed from others but based on the recommendations, decided to go with GVL. I couldn’t be happier. Joe was fantastic at not only the quality of work, but also providing recommendations before the project started all the way until plant placement at the end. You will not be disappointed with these guys. Highly meticulous and great with the neighbours. At the end of every day, they cleaned up and couldn’t tell they had been there.

All the reviews seen here validated the experience. They showed up and allowed us to see in the attic before they had begun. They protected all areas of the home where they were walking and let us take a look following the completed work. They found an exhaust fan pipe that had separated from the roof, which they replaced with an insulated pipe and reconnected at no additional cost. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire job which took less than two hours to complete. Very satisfied! I would recommend them when looking to complete other work. Well done.

Natalie and her team came to work on our house, and they did a great job, on time with great colour suggestions. After the painting, you couldn't tell they had been there, the clean up was immaculate and they completed everything in two days which I had thought would take a week.
