She promptly & clearly laid out my options, and helped choose the best ones for my space. She was so communicative and had a fantastic installation team. Chris diagnosed the problem on the phone with me before going out of his way to come fix it outside normal work hours. He was speedy, polite and right on time! Our condo dryer is in a tricky spot but he was extremely careful and good at maneuvering it around. Definitely recommend Chris!
