We cancelled with Dr Green over a year ago after they refused to give us advanced notice of visits and would just enter our yard, potentially letting our dog out. They also wouldn't let us cancel over the phone. When we finally settled, they've called me constantly. I've asked numerous times to be removed from their contact list - they've called me 3 times tonight alone! When I tried to call back the machine says their office is closed. I understand you are trying to run and grow a business, but this is harassment.

What could this company do to improve their services?

Hi Jen,
I am sorry to hear this. We typically notify our customers 24 hours prior to each visit via email, so I am not sure as to why you were not getting this notification. Also, you can cancel your service several ways, such as, over the phone, through writing a letter, or through email to customer service. Please do keep in mind you can only cancel your account over the phone by directly calling into customer service and speaking with a representative. My only assumption is perhaps you spoke with a sales representative who does not have the authority to cancel an account. Please email me at courtneyg@doctorgreen.com so I can look further into this and make sure you are taken off the list. Please keep in mind to be removed from our calling list, it does take up to 30 days which may explain why you are still being called. I apologize for this once again and I look forward to speaking with you soon so we can get this solved.
