Called emergency Saturday morning and left message. Mike returned my call within half an hour. He arrived within his suggetsed window about two hours later, quickly determined the problem was the blower, had to go to Hamilton to get the part and then replaced. Stayed with our problem until corrected. Passed on lots of good tips. Great serviceman, pleasant, professional and was concerned that all with us was well. Paved driveway July7,2010. Cracks in September, 2010. Contacted them 5 times to fix. Promises-we will fix in two weeks. Same answer every time. Fixed one part Sept.30/11 Took 12 months. Said they couldn't fix cracks on edge by grass because we re-sodded and ground was too soft. Re-sodding done two months after they paved so ground had to be hard.. Other residents in area also have problems.

Eric provided a responsive, quality & knowledgeable service. He was punctual and explained, in detail, everything we needed to know about the products he installed and the process. Eric shut down our system for the season and will be providing us with on-going opening/closing. We were very comfortable in working with Eric & his assistant Patrick. We had a great installation with the owners (Stan & Kate) and the two installers (Jack & John). Stan & Kate were very helpful & knowledgeable in advising us on what we should do as well as deciding on the fixtures, tiles, etc. The project started on the promised date and the installers took pride in their work and maintained a clean project. Stan monitored the Project on a daily basis and facilitated any minor glitches/changes necessary. Overall it was a positive experience and we very pleased with the final outcome. A special thanks to Stan, Kate, Jack and John for caring and their efforts.
