I signed contract to replace patio door in May 2020. Expectation was to have it installed within 8 weeks. I did not hear any update on installation date. I called few times and the response was "we have no ETA". After a long wait, I was called for an installation date of Nov 2020, which I declined due to weather so I asked to schedule installation for early spring 2021. When they finally arrived to install, we discovered color of mini blinds do not match the order. They took back the door and replaced mini blinds at their own warehouse. Came back for installation in May 2021. Overall, it took them a long time to get the door and still managed to get wrong colour. Their customer service should be improved with actual ETA. However, their installation team was fantastic. They did great job installing the door. Thank you!!

We interviewed few companies to re-roof. London Eco-Metal was the only company that installs a membrane on top of existing shingles. Rick came and explained the process. Offer from London Eco-Metal was in the middle in terms of price. We signed a contract. Installers showed up and was surprised they could not communicate with us all due to language barrier. Many questions they could not answer. I wish that Rick would visit or call during installation but never heard from him. Despite my warnings, they still managed to scratch my stamped concrete on driveway. When they were done installation, I discovered a lot of screws/debris on our patio, grass and in gutters. Some areas found scratched due to their ladders. Rick visited us to collect money. I paid in full and he promised that someone will come to follow up. Also, warranty card will come in two months. Will update when this happens!!

We interviewed many companies to do this job. Right from beginning we felt we can trust Frank. He always responded to our follow up questions promptly. His offer was the most expensive but you get what you pay for, and, we don’t regret it, worth every penny. We were looking for excellent results and we got it. Actually, results are over our expectations. Frank helped us with design/landscape, etc. He is perfectionist and ethical, hard to find these days. I did follow up with some modifications/enhancements thoughts and Frank’s response was always “we will take care of it”. It was great pleasure to see this team work, I learnt a lot in this journey. Thank you for assembling the best team for the job, Jake, Brent and Paul. Time to start enjoying our backyard!!! Update: After 2 years of enjoying our stamped concrete. Cracks (minor so far) have developed. Frank used to explain that due to his way doing this work, we should not get cracks. However, now, he has different opinion, he now always responds "there's nothing to worry about - this is normal", well, I'm not worried but this was not the expectation. Please see attached pictures. White residue developed right after installation on porch. He came few times to correct it. Something with the way sealer was applied. Not major. A crack (minor) developed in patio, they came to fix it but it did re-appear, there's nothing can be done to fix it. Visible minor crack on both sides of first step of porch due to the fact it was poured separately and there's expansion joint. Best to keep it as is. I believe it can't be fixed permanently due to normal separation. Overall, we are satisfied with the job despite these issues. I've seen much worse jobs done by others. No one is perfect but Frank is very close. He's proud of his work and does all what he can to satisfy customers. Issues developed in our property are minor but our expectation were higher as we picked the highest in price offer. Thank you Frank!!!
