I was not informed that 'ALL SALES FINAL'. The sign at the check out desk stating 'ALL SALES FINAL' was covered by store items. When I brought back my section (3 days after purchasing it), the manager initially stated, no problems as long as it's not damaged, you have store credit like it says on the invoice. I stated I would be back at a different day to utilize the store credit. While off loading it, the manager stated he 'changed his mind' and either use the store credit right away or lose it. Please note: It does not state on the invoice there is a time limit to use the store credit. The manager then proceeded to become aggressive yelling at me to use the store credit right away or leave. I left for my own safety and notified the police of his inappropriate behaviour. Also, the customer service, district manager and head office number for the company is all the same. When I call, it provides me with a different name for each extension and states they are unavailable, prompting me to leave a message. Regardless of the time of day, there is no one available to speak about my concerns.
