Amazing service! Neal of Elemental Restoration went above and beyond. From the moment we discovered a mould issue, we contacted a few companies. Neal came to the house promptly, explained in detail the process involved, was professional, very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He also provided a prompt and reasonable price. His team came in on schedule, performed the remediation and left the house spotless. Once the work was complete, Neal took us through everything, explained what was done and provided a certificate of completion. We were extremely satisfied with Neal and his team. Patrick and his team did an excellent job with replacing the existing carpeted staircase and installation of hardwood in 2 rooms. They were courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable in their work. They removed each step and riser and rebuilt the stairs from the ground up with oak. They matched the stair stain to the recently installed hardwood flooring. The installation of the hardwood was done quickly and with the same attention to detail as they had for the stairs. We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.
