I am absolutely convinced that using any other company than Mayday Drain Services is just a compromise and you are losing money; It is for the second time when I had the chance to use their services and DEFINITELY my expectations were totally fulfilled and I was 100% satisfied; I had in my house a VERY PROFESSIONAL and VERY HONEST person. Roy is a technician who really knows his job, he displays respect for his customers, and he is doing a PERFECT JOB! IF I will ever need similar assistance, I will use his services ONLY. I am so confident that anybody who really needs a honest and professional person shall ask him for assistance. THANK YOU ROY! Very punctual, with an eye for details, working very clean and very fast, Roy solved a problem for which were before in our house at least 5-6 roto rooters who did each and every time a very sloppy job. Roy provided a very accurate diagnostic and he verified very thoroughly afterward the cleaning that he performed. I am definitely strongly recommending him as being the BEST in his profession in GTA area.

Just to keep the level of service that they are providing as of today
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Hire them and enjoy life having a PROFESSIONAL PERSON and a VERY HONEST PERSON in their house.

1. First contact over the phone: very professional and at the subject; I was assured that a free estimate and free diagnosis will be supplied; 2. Chris was very punctual and what he promised was delivered; He provided everything exactly as he stated; I MUST underline his VERY PROFESSIONAL manner in which he analyzed and provided the verdict; Then Chris offered me to choose from several option to fix the opener; I asked for help in considering the FINAL DECISION and he did it very attentive with PROS and CONS. I decided with his help. 3. I assisted during his work: I admit that Chris is an OUTSTANDING ORGANIZED and TIDY PROFESSIONAL technician and he knows very well what he is doing; He did few steps further overall, and he checked at the end the whole installation very thoroughly; Chris definitely knows and likes what he is doing; It is for the 3rd time when I have somebody regarding my garage door, and from far HE IS THE BEST! I will never contact any other Company for repairs: I am 1000% confident that he is able to do a PERFECT JOB each and every time! THANK YOU CHRIS! In terms of PRICE: he offered me a cost which was not acceptable: I decided to pay a bit more than he asked for; In terms of QUALITY: I was absolutely very impressed! Excellent work, detailed oriented, very, very attentive with everything; As I mentioned, at the end he did few more things than I asked for at the beginning and at the end he told me: :now I do not have problems"; I was very impressed about this statement: the problem was mine and not his, but he ASSUMED everything on him....EXCELLENT JOB, he deserves RESPECT and MANY THANKS! Everything was finished in less time than I expected very clean and with no collateral damages. He left a clean place and he verified everything before he left. In one word: AMAZING JOB! I am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER and I recommend him with no hesitation!

The furnace stopped to work during this winter; You know what does it mean; 4 electric heaters did not help. I was lucky to have the MAINTENANCE PLAN for FURNACE with Direct Energy; Called them, do not expect during a long weekend to be solved; POSITIVE ASPECTS: the furnace was fixed properly in 3 days since I called; reason: specific part was not readily available from the warehouse; When they shipped it at home, (I was told!) that the warehouse made a mistake and shipped the wrong part; once received the correct part, the job was done EXCELLENT and VERY PROFESSIONAL; 3 technicians were in our home, ALL OF THEM EXCELLENT and VERY KNOWLEADGEABLE; The last person from the CUSTOMER SERVICE was VERY, VERY NICE! (I do not know her name, sorry!).CONS: in my judgement, sending the parts at the client home is not an efficient way to do it: proof: IF the WRONG PART is shipped, BOTH: CLIENT and DIRECT ENERGY is loosing TIME and MONEY....this was the reason because it were necessary 3(three) visits... The MOST POSITIVE ASPECT: having this plan with DIRECT ENERGY is an ASSET ! Many thanks to all the technicians! P.S. The site is asking for the COST: I do not know how much cost because EVERYTHING (except my time when I waited with the WRONG PART) was covered by the MAINTENANCE PLAN that I bought from DIRECT ENERGY; I specified 400 dollars because I am aware that the electric motor for the LENNOX blower costs approx 400 dollars...the plan that I have is just half of this price...I have no idea how much the installation costs...
