I did a lot of research before choosing Star Custom Shutters. Got quotes from different vendors and read all the reviews as I had to do for entire house. I even liked sunrise custom shutters but finally went with Star Custom Shutters because after visiting their factory they explained in detail. Andy & Cathy was the guys I was dealing with and they were good.. All the staffs who work there were very helpful during my visit. The installation was great, three guys came on time and did their job professional with less than 2 hrs. Since they were very fast I was worried whether they are doing it in urgent ,but I was wrong. Do visit them in their factory to understand their work as they are in the industry for 25 yrs. They say 25 yrs of warranty..hope they stick to it. Good job guys.
