When looking for a partner to help re-design our basement, I took to the Internet and discovered LUX, Their impressive portfolio is what immediately captured my attention, and then I was "sold" on the partnership after a great initial call with Christine and follow-up consultation with Brandon. Brandon really took the time to understand our needs (looking for a design to both cater to our young family, but also have a transitional feel in the main living space - a mission that I trust was not easy) - but yet, he came back in a very timely manner with a plan that we were thrilled with! While the original proposal was over budget, Brandon did make it very easy by breaking out all the items (and wish list ones) line by line, so we could layer in as we see fit. The furniture and decor recommendations were bang on, and even better than I could have hoped for. Throughout the entire process, Brandon was always very responsive, and took the time to follow up with us to see how he could be of help. I would absolutely recommend LUX, and can't wait to do another home project with them again, myself!
