Laird and Sons are wonderful. I cancelled my Enbridge contract after having Laird and Sons put in a new furnace, a very difficult install and they did a great job. Wonderful staff, very responsive. No pushy sales tactics, just excellent customer service.

Despite having a service contract elsewhere I called Laird and Sons on the recommendation of my friend and neighbour. My furnace was playing up and failing to heat, intermittently. I can’t say enough about everyone I encountered throughout this experience- Tracey, who sent someone out the same day; Bryan, who is an absolute delight and so very knowledgeable; Noah, who came to install a new part, so friendly and also very knowledgeable; Mack, who came to quote on a new furnace and took the time to run more diagnostics just in case he could do a temporary fix, another wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly person; and then, today, Chris and Ray, who managed to install venting and a new furnace in a cramped space in an old house so expertly. Thank you all, for your excellent communication, integrity and expertise. Plus those ever-important outstanding people skills. I will absolutely be signing up with Laird and Sons for all future maintenance. I trust them. Gail

John was a delight to work with and responded quickly to emails and questions. He and Sam put in a 45+ ft retaining wall in 2 days, including removing the old timbers, digging the footing trench, adding the gravel, installing the blocks and backfilling behind the wall. It looks great! Would not hesitate to call John again for any future jobs.

Jim was over last week and did a miraculous job sorting out a 30 X 3 ft sloped garden strip - removing grass, weeding and dividing plants. He was here all day and left everything spotless when he left. Thank you Jim! Will definitely reach out to Gardenzilla again when I can't manage a garden chore myself.

I have had excellent experiences with Bartlett Toronto. The arborists and crews are professional and knowledgeable. Safety is clearly a priority and they leave the yard spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend Mark Irwin and all of the crew members.

Another great experience with Bartlett. I had them do some pruning of trees, shrubs and some gigantic cedars. Everything looks lovely. Very friendly crew. They cleared up all of the mess and left my yard spotless!

This company was a pleasure to work with. They did a custom slipcover for a very unusual vintage chair, and a set of lined draperies. The workmanship is excellent and I couldn't be happier with the results. Very professional company, and very friendly and full of helpful suggestions. Highly recommended!!!
