James is an excellent HVAC professional! James and Nick arrived for the installation at the agreed time and worked efficiently to replace the unit. Their work was neat and focused, meticulous and very clean. They drop cloth covered the stairs to protect the carpet and cleaned up our basement area exceptionally well. The paper work and furnace unit was explained and instructed in detail. Price was very reasonable and the communication was great!
