I realized a few weeks after the install that the installer had scratched the panel watched to the counter. He did not own up to this. I didn't notice right away because the labels are white and we weren't living in the house at the time. I should also mention that they left the counter more than a 1/4 inch short on each side. My woodworking guy was in the house and could've removed the panel for the install to ensure it was flush. I've had to fill it in with caulking but it does not look professional. I DO NOT recommend giving this company your hard earned cash, they clearly don't care about the work that they do. I'm now stuck with their incompetence until I redo the kitchen in like 3 decades when I can afford it again.

I had a bad experience with this company in the past 2 weeks. I ordered a jumbo slab in January that matched the size of the island design and was told it would be a perfect fit by the sales woman. The cabinets for the island were built and installed in February. Last week I received a call from Miracle Marble that the size of the countertop could not accommodate the island length and I would need to compromise on the style. I met with Natalie and Tatiana. Natalie was extremely rude and argued with me over the design. I had no idea that this was a large or difficult job until then so it was very confusing to receive such negativity out of the blue. We should have been told in January to build the island an inch or so smaller smaller to ensure that the counter would fit but by the time I learned of this it was too late. I had no choice but to compromise on the style of the corners. It was installed and was too small. The island had to be cut and the edges/seams are very rounded and do not match the vision I had or our modern design. I spoke to Natalie again and received more attitude that was completely unnecessary. I was not looking for an argument I was just trying to explain my concerns. Needless to say we were going to get bathroom counters from them as well as a backlash and will no longer be working with them.
