We had a gas leak in our laundry room, and Enbridge were not much help in identifying the problem or giving us adequate information. I called Boris from Cozy world, who originally fitted our furnace a few years back. He was able to come the same day and identify the issue. The following day one of his employees, Sina came round to fix the problem. He was polite, knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem very quickly, and explain exactly what was wrong and how to deal with the red tag I received from Enbridge. Very happy with the service. Great fast frendly service, at a good price. We had been having issues with both our bathroom sinks for quite some time and the drano that used to work was no longer doing the trick. I called monday afternoon, and arranged a time for the very same day. I was called 30 mins before the technician arrived informing me of his eta. Was frendly professional, informative and had the issue removed by snaking the sink in no time. Altogether great service, would recommend in a heartbeat

We were changing our old electric baseboard heaters for an new gas furnace and air conditioner, but the house did not have any ductwork for the new furnace. After doing lots of research I found Cozy world to be the best in cost and rating. We were very happy with the work that Boris undertook for us, having a contractor put the ducts in for us then installing the furnace. The price was reasonable and Boris was very honest and attentive, even filling out the rebate for us and addressing our every concern. I needed an electrician to replace the electrical panel in my house, add some pugs, take out baseboard heaters and move some wires around. High park electrical was recommended by a friend and I can honestly say they did not disappoint. Last summer I had someone renovating my bathroom and I needed a base board heater removed the same day, so not to hold my contractor up. I called Jose Lora from High park electrical on Saturday morning, and he came round the very same day to remove the heater and offer advice for no cost. When I needed my electrical panel replaced and some general electrical work done to the house, I did not hesitate to call high park electrical for a quote, Jose Lora and his team were quick to come over and provide me with a very good quote, far cheaper than the others I had received. We had a problem with the city of Toronto and permits, High park electrical sorted this all out of us, with no extra costs to me. the day of installation went very smoothly with Jose Lora informing me of progress throughout the day, and all the steps I needed to take. I am very happy with the work that high park has done and would defiantly recommend them
