Wow, should have come here first. Dec 2020, Bosch dishwasher. Arrival in Jan. No washer. Asked for refund. No refunds. I was told Feb. Feb comes, no washer. No refund. Called visa and opened a case. 5 days later, I get a call from Badboy, its here. Wonderful. Made appointment for two weeks from call as I wanted to be home. I stop the Visa action as its coming (now regret that) On day of delivery, robo call at 7am, truck on its way. I took out old unit, ready.. At 1pm, no truck, I call them, the operators says they cant find my dishwasher. What? So I call the number again. I get a rep who is helpful but in the end, I am told container coming in March 29th. Guess what, date came and went. I call again, now I am told April 12th. Joke. This is not just Covid, this is a pattern of business and the old mayor should be ashamed of what his store does but somehow, I dont think they care.. Run, run away fast...

Purchased storm doors via a 3rd party, big idea of installing them myself. Soon discovered even time was an issue. Called them, set up with an installer, arranged the work, job done. Happy...

Hired them to clean our UV paint line and Dove Paint line. Went the extra mile to get things sorted out so job was taken care of from soup to nuts. I needed them to do the whole job and they stepped up. Appreciate it. Recommend them for Paint line cleaning.

Replacement parts for Chiller were going ot cost us $1000. HOE found a whole new ABB units for same price but of course, brand new and whole. Purchased them and installed in place of others. Should last many years now. Thanks for their suggestion to replace CH with ABB.

40HP motor faile. Needed it back ASAP. Tulsi worked over the weekend to have this unitready for Sunday and allowed us to install it for Monday morning production run. Above and beyond to help his customers. Not a big motor shop but just as capable.

Crew arrived on site as promised. With the helpof us, puller was put in place and elecrical tie in began. With each issue, a solution was found till we had the unit running as required. Recommend them to anyone looking for integration.

Tech arrived on site as promised, on time and quickly went about repairing the AC unit. Area was left clean and how it was found. All parts needed were discussed prior to replacement in order for me to agree, no surprises.

Purchased a B&D cabinet for the kitchen. Opened unit only to find parts missing. Went back to the store, without the cupboard and they, without question, opened another box and gave me what I needed. Not good that parts were missing but I am grateful they so easily helped me. Thanks.

Purchased ODL White Retractable Screen for 6 ft. 8 In. Sliding Glass Short Height Out-Swing Doors 36 In. x 78 In. Says you can cut to measure. Electricain by trade, very handy but after installing parts on inside of door frame only to find out it should be on the outside, the retractable screen would not retract. Stay away from this item, spend $100 more and get a complete door..

Did an excellent job. Would recommend him to anyone. Floor looks like a million bucks. Sometimes, it just pays to do the job yourself. Satisfaction cant be beat.... Unlimited free call backs if needed, he even cleans up after the job as if he lived there..

Purchased 10 gallons of paint on sale. Came back 2 months later to have it tinted as needed. New gallons at same price even though sale was over. Nice people.
