Purchased directly from the builder, Toronto condo by the Lake. Overall good experience. There were some items on my 30 day, which they fixed in a timely manner. Overall satisfied and no complaints.

Very bad builder, they misrepresented and will not do anything about it. They did not finish the unit when I got my keys. Items were not done as per building code. Horrible experience.
