We are very pleased with Royal Garage Doors. Nick responded almost immediately, and was at our door within 90 minutes. Repair was completed 45 minutes later for a fair price. Highly recommended.

I used J & J twice in one week and was very happy with the friendly and prompt service. We just installed some new flooring in the basement. The first day of installation I realized we would need help to shift our stuff out of our storage area in the evening once the installers were gone, in preparation for the next day. I put out the call on Homestars, and J & J happily provided a couple of guys to come that evening for 2 hours, at a very reasonable price. The next week we decided to move much of this stuff to a self-storage unit. I contacted J & J on Saturday and they were here three days later for a 4 hour job. Scott and Peter were very friendly, careful with our stuff and hard-working. Highly recommended!

Very happy with Egor's service in repairing my dishwasher. He responded to my email request within minutes, and was able to come for a diagnostic visit the following morning on a Saturday. The dishwasher needed a new latch and Egor was able to purchase one immediately, return to the house and complete the repair, all before 11:00 am. He is very personable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to Al, Quincy and Simon for another great job cleaning our windows inside and out. We have a split level house, and there are a lot of big windows. Quincy from Phat has been coming for several years now and is always friendly and courteous, and takes obvious pride in doing an excellent job. Highly recommended!

I posted my repair request to Homestars on a Sunday evening and had a response from Alpha Tech within an hour. We were able to get a service visit within 24 hours of our discussions. Ariel had the problem diagnosed very quickly and all parts were available on his truck. The fix was done quickly and he borrowed our vacuum cleaner to make sure that he left everything spick and span. We highly recommend Ariel and will use Alpha Tech again!

Just had 416 So Clean in again to clean my carpets, stairs and furniture. They arrive on time, run through the job to ensure we're on the same page, lay down cloths so they don't track dirt in from outside, do a very thorough job of cleaning and check to make sure you are happy before they leave. I've been using them for years and highly recommend them.

We had a spot on our black granite where the polish had been removed after we tried to clean up from a little superglue accident. Chris was concerned that it would be hard to fix it so that the new polish matched the old, due to the black colour of our stone. We gave him a little piece to practice on, and he came back again to fix our kitchen counter beautifully. He also tidied up the joins between two pieces of our counter. Very happy with the work, he is very personable, and the price was very reasonable for the effort involved.

We are very happy with the work recently completed by Stucco N Stone. The short decorative wall next to our front porch sustained water damage, and after getting the brickwork completed we needed new stucco to match what we already have elsewhere on the house exterior. Stucco'N'Stone were prompt with their quote, showed up on time, kept the work site very tidy while they were working and did a beautiful job, including a very close match for colour to the stucco on the rest of the house. No surprises! We appreciated their interest and attention for a relatively small job that mattered to us.

This is our second year using Phat. Once again they did an excellent job, arriving on time, very professional, and I liked that Al went through the whole house at the end of the job to make sure that all the windows were clean, and everything was put away again. We have already recommended them to our neighbour!

This is our third time using this company to clean rugs and upholstery. As usual, Rafael and Dalton did a great job in good time. They arrived early (after calling first), confirmed what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and how long it would take. All was executed as promised. Highly recommended.

We are extremely pleased with Phat Window Cleaning. I requested a quote using Homestars, and they responded very quickly. An appointment was made and kept. A team of two people came and cleaned for 5 hours, leaving our windows spotless inside and out. We were very impressed with the service quality and thought the price was very reasonable. We'll definitely use them again.

We have used John Bell Painting several times over a the last 15 years. This time I asked them to repair water damage on the kitchen ceiling, and repaint. As always, one of John's professional painters did a fabulous job in just a few hours. The place was left ship shape and the ceiling looks like new.

I was referred to Rick by another Homestar appliance repair company that didn't service my area. I called him at 9:00 and he was there by noon, with the part that I needed. The dishwasher door had been popping open during the cycle, but Rick fixed this in short order, and it is working fine now. He was very pleasant, tidy and prompt, and the price was very reasonable. Very impressive service with lots of attention focused on ensuring our experience was excellent, including detailed consultation, written estimate, phone call prior to timely arrival, instructions on how to prepare, review of project prior to commencement, ottoman cleaned for free, extra booties provided for us after departure, etc. Carpet dried sooner than expected, and everything looks great!
